Hypothèse Publisher ("the app") is a personal desktop tool used only by the owner of the @hypothese_3d accounts to upload their own videos to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

Data the app accesses

• TikTok: basic profile information (open ID) and permission to upload videos to the owner's account as drafts (user.info.basic, video.upload).
• YouTube: permission to upload videos to the owner's channel (youtube.upload).
• Instagram: the owner's professional account ID and permission to publish content to it.

How data is stored and used

Access tokens are stored only on the owner's computer, in a local file that is never uploaded anywhere. They are used solely to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own accounts. The app has no server, no database, no analytics, no advertising and does not sell or share any data with third parties other than the platforms' own official APIs.

Other users

The app does not collect, store or process any data about other users or viewers.

Retention and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time from the TikTok, Google and Instagram account settings. Deleting the local token file removes all stored data.
